
Howdale Cottage
| Welcome to Howdale, a character cottage that would be hard not to enjoy. Situated close to the beach and Mulgrave Woods with the old castle ruins, there are interests here for all ages. Whitby with its many attractions is just a short journey away or walk there along the shore (tide permitting) |

The Kitchen

The Kitchen and dining area is extremely well equipped. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas/electric cooker, food processor, electric whisk etc. There is almost everything you could think of (including a garlic press, lemon zester and grapefruit knife!) to make your holiday home from home. The dining area looks out onto the valley and stream. |

| The sitting room is furnished with comfortable chairs and a sofa. Antique furniture enhances the period feel of the room. This, together with the colour TV, video, music centre and various books, makes this room cosy and pleasant if there is a wet day! |

The Dining Area

| The master bedroom contains a 5ft. double bed and a extra sitting area. Windows on three sides make this a light airy room and you can see the sea and garden when having your early morning tea in bed. This room has its own ensuite bathroom containing a bath, electric shower, wc and vanity unit. |

The Bunk bedroom

The twin bedroom is furnished with antique oak furniture. The window looks out onto the stream and the sea beyond.
The bunk beds in the third bedroom are sturdy and solid being made of wood. They are three foot wide and comfortable for an adult to sleep on the bottom bunk.
The house bathroom has a bath, electric shower over the bath, washbasin and wc. This room also contains the washing machine/tumble dryer.

The garden complete with summer house and garden furniture is to both the side and rear of the property, enabling you to sit in the sun (hopefully!) from early morning until evening. |
