The Garden
|
The wide stone terrace, lawn and rockery at the front of the house, provide an enviable vantage point from which to view the beach, and where a 'squinty' breakfast can be enjoyed on a sunny morning at the garden table, a coffee on the seat or a drink on the wall! A passageway to the side of the house allows access to the rear garden, where a large furnished deck provides afternoon sunbathing and evening entertaining. A wooden staircase leads up past the herb border to the Old Railway, long since disused, and now a grassy home to four beach huts and a 'whirly gig'. Coal and wood can be found in the shed close to the outside shower should a roaring fire be needed.
