All dishes serve 6 good helpings or 4 large ones. All produce is bought locally where possible. Some dishes may be frozen. The rice/couscous/peas are supplied to save you from shopping but will need to be cooked. If ingredients are unavailable I will substitute something similar. The price does not include the dishes – if you would like to take cooking home please ask me. This menu is just a guide – if you would like anything else please ask. Vegetarian options are available – just ask!

Moroccan Lamb
Chunks of tasty shoulder meltingly tender, cooked with cumin and apricots. Supplied with couscous.
Beef Casserole
Slow cooked beef from the local butcher, cooked in beer and root vegetables with fresh herbs. Supplied with rice.
Shepherds Pie
A traditional dish – slow cooked mince with herbs and root veg. Topped with a layer of creamy mashed potato. Supplied with peas.
Lasagne
Again another favourite – layers of tasty mince, pasta and bechamel sauce topped with traditional cheddar cheese. Supplied with peas.
Chicken Mimosa
Tender pieces of chicken cooked in a wonderful blend of spices and a small amount of coconut cream that gives a real mellowness that is no way hot or fiery. Supplied with rice.
Fish Pie
Made with local fish (where possible) and includes a selection from salmon, cod, haddock, bream, whiting or  coley. Lightly cooked in a creamy sauce with a mashed potato topping. Supplied with peas.

Bread and Butter Pudding
Made from brioche, local free range eggs milk and cream indispursed with plump sultanas. Supplied with cream
Crumbles
My favourite – made from Sandsend fruit and finished with a crumbly topping and a sprinkling of demarara sugar. Supplied with cream

4)Blackcurrant
