A well behaved dog is welcome at Howdale, Craigmore, and Melrose in the kitchen/dining rooms at a charge of £20 per dog per week.
A £50 breakage deposit per week is required. The rates quoted are per week incl. of fuel costs. There is an additional £50 supplement for a 7'th person in Craigmore.
Full linen service (towels & sheets) are available at Howdale & Craigmore at £7.50 per person. Bed linen is provided at Melrose and Sunnybank – please bring your own towels.
Cleaning materials are provided - it is expected the houses are left clean & tidy or an additional charge will be made.
Availability is all year round - all properties have good central heating.
Non smokers are preferred.
Friday to Friday bookings only (except short breaks at 6 weeks notice)
The properties are available at 4pm and must be vacated by 10am.
£150 per week is payable on booking, the balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday.
The Cottages are let on the understanding that their maximum capacity is not exceeded, that they are left clean and tidy (or the appropriate charge will be levied), and that they are not sub-let.
